Had a good experience buying a new Toyota Grand Highlander at Haley. Worked with Amir Kefayati who was professional and easy to work with, taking our needs and wants into consideration to help us get the vehicle we needed. Local and convenient so will be using them for service as well. No hard sales tactics used. I would recommend the dealership and Amir specifically.

I had a great experience working with Brad and Emily. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my grand highlander. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I never felt pressured and what usually feels like a stressful experience was an enjoyable one. Tracy was also wonderful in the finance department! I highly recommend working with them if you want a friendly, professional, and trustworthy sales experience.
