Great experience with Haley Toyota on Lonas Pkwy. Coming from out of town, they were super helpful and answered our questions (sent more photos/details on SUV) before we made the drive. Absolutely happy with purchase. Highly recommend Madisen Jeter and Amir in sales, and Nabeel Rahman in finance. Very friendly staff, yet professional. No pressure. My service contact in the service department is always great. If I'm waiting for my car then the time to wait is reasonable. However, ya'll still have my car so I don't know why I keep getting these survey emails. But yeah, everything is fine at the Lonas Parkway Location. I recommend for sales and service.

BOUGHT A TOYOTA CROWN ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. SPOKE WITH OLIVIA ABOUT PICKING UP THE CAR ON SATURDAY AT NOON. INFORMED HER I WAS COMING OUT TO RICHMOND FROM CHESAPEAKE, AND I DID NOT WANT TO WASTE TIME. WHEN I ARRIVED AT NOON, ON SATURDAY, THE CAR WAS OUT FRONT, READY TO GO AND ALL PAPERWORK WAS IN ONE FOLDER, ORGANIZED AND READY FOR SIGNATURES, OLIVIA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Our sales consultant, Cee Cee, was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and helped us choose our first hybrid vehicle... RAV4. Once purchased, Cee Cee showed us how all of the bells and whistles work. We love the smooth ride of the RAV4 and all of the safety features. After just one week, it is obvious that we will be saving a lot of money on gas.
