My 88 year old mother purchased a car from Haley Toyota. Our sales associate, Mia Bilodeau was pleasant, cheerful, helpful, and made herself available through text and phone from start to finish. She self delivered the car from the west end to the southside and was helpful in all ways asked. She was patient over the three days that I visited as it took my mother a little time to make her decision. We are all pleased with the outcome. Also was surprised that as I wandered around the sales floor, looking at various vehicles, no one approached me to see if I had any questions. Never seen that before at a dealership. My maintenance experience was excellent.
I absolutely love my new Camry and we are so happy we drove over an hour to “just look” at it. Everyone from start to finish made us feel like we were valuable and not just another sale.
