After accompanying someone to buy a new 2018 Rav 4, and observing the professionalism and courtesy by Nat Williams, I brought in my Tundra to trade and upgrade to a 2018. Again, Nat and Stuart provided superior customer service. I will never return to Priority Toyota again.
Seriously the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Miguel Soto clocked in early for his shift to help a tired nurse just off a night shift who decided to stop in on the way home from work. Just wanted to compare 2 vehicles before making a decision. After a few minutes of talking with me (and patiently listening), he pulls around the vehicle I end up buying :)Take every bad stereotype you’ve ever heard about car salesmen and throw it out the window. Miguel Soto was professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the vehicles he sells. When we sat down that morning, I had no intention of actually buying that morning, I was thinking in a day or so. About an hour into my meet and greet with Miguel, I had decided. I told him exactly what I needed my budget to stay, he worked with me to make sure that happened. Time wise, this was the least amount of time I’ve ever spent in a dealership making a purchase. None of that last minute up sell roadbump stuff either. What Miguel said, Miguel did. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work, guys! I’ll be seeing you next time I need a vehicle, that’s for sure! I love my 4Runner (that I’ve wanted since I was 15 years old).

Miguel is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the vehicles he sells. I never once felt pushed or harassed like some dealerships do. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Take any negative stereotype youve ever heard about car salesmen and throw it out the window.... I have absolutely nothing negative to share about my experience. I will most certainly be sharing his name with anyone and everyone. And keep it up and Ill be buying from you guys only from now on. Got a great car for a great price! We are very pleased with our purchase and customer service we got from Brandon Lindsey. He was very informative, not too pushy, and quick in getting things done to finalize the purchase.
George Vie was the salesman that assisted us from the beginning to the end of the purchase. He was the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever worked with. He was determined to find exactly what we were looking for and worked diligently until he found it. We were so impressed with him. He was very friendly and did not pressure us into a decision which was much appreciated. If we buy another vehicle at some point in the future, we would definitely come back to buy it from George Vie. Shane Callender, the Sales Floor Manager, was also very helpful to us in making our decision. Both George and Shane were so pleasant to work with. We did not feel like it was about making a sale to them, but about helping us to make the right decision. They are definitely experts at what they do, and enjoy it! Highly recommend this dealership.
