We bought a 2025 Land Cruiser. Every part of our purchase: initial inquiry, trade-in, financing, delivery was very straight forward and pressure free. Avery was our salesperson and she and her manager Emily were exceptionally helpful and communicated promptly and clearly. The financing went smoothly as well. The gentleman who handled (forgive me for forgetting his name) presented the various extended coverages without pressure, although we decline such offerings as a rule. Of course, different people have different comfort levels regarding insurance coverages and I believe that his approach would find the appropriate plan for customers accordingly.
