The sales rep I got, Olivia, kept me updated with texts during the whole process. She was friendly in person and explained the car's features and purchasing process well. I closed out the sale with a manager whose name I can't recall, but he was honest and polite, and the whole time I never felt like he was pushing on upsell on me like you see at other companies. Overall the experience was simple and easy.

We walked the lot on a Sunday not realizing the dealership was open. Siroos Tale, sales consultant, inquired if he could be of assistance. Half hour later we conclude a purchase of a new Tacoma. The whole process was the easiest and most positive experience I’ve ever had in 50 plus years of driving. The staff treated us like family in every way. My son is about to look for a RAV4 - I definitely recommended this dealership. Best in Richmond. Well done.

From the time I decided to upgrade my 2019 Camry to a 2025, Siroos Tale at Haley Toyota on Hull Street was great. I went in and talked about what I wanted. Since the car was not one they had on the lot, Siroos put my name on one that was coming from the factory. He kept me informed as the time went on. The car arrived exactly when he indicated.
