They always provide excellent service and make me feel like I'm their most important customer. They've never tried to push a service I didn't need, and the bill is almost always less than the original estimate.
The staff at Haley Toyota was very friendly and helpful. My salesperson Valerie was a joy to work with. Julius the sales manager was also extremely helpful and listened to my needs. I would recommend anyone to check this dealership out. You will be glad you did.

Going to this dealership changed my life everyone was professional and courteous. The staff at the dealership make sure to have your best interest at heart and they made sure that everything is finalized by you the way you wanted it to be they really were motivated and dedicated to work for you the customer because in their hearts they believe that the customer is always right. Both of the employees that help me out today with my purchase were phenomenal they went above and beyond and then some to make sure I was set in what I wanted and what I liked so I thank them dearly from the bottom of my heart and may they be blessed in their daily lives

Over 10 + years Haley Toyota Richmond has sold more than 30,000+ vehicles, serviced over 500,000 vehicles and there are somewhere in the neighbor hood of 15-18 "1 star" reviews. How many people were completely satisfied with their purchase and/or service experience that did not use social media to make their statement? I assure you that if you actually take the time to bring ANY concern to the management staff of Haley Toyota Richmond.... they will always step up and do the right thing. You have to give them the chance to resolve your concern, before posting your concern on the internet. Again, I assure you that your concern would be resolved. You might even find that the management staff actually enjoys going the extra mile for customers! Give it a try. What is better: Having a resolution to a concern and being a satisfied customer or spreading negative energy AND still not having your concern addressed? Just a thought
